He talked to Russell, the farm's co-owner, about the impact of President Trump's tariffs against China and proposed tariff's against Mexico on Iowa farmers and how climate change was changing American agriculture. O'Rourke, running to be the 2020 Democratic nominee for the US Presidency, has made climate change a central part of his campaign.
