14 FEBRUARY 2012 - PHOENIX, AZ: Classical violinist ITZHAK PERLMAN (center seated) plays in the Arizona State Senate Tuesday. Perlman performed the Star Spangled Banner with the Southwest Stringers, a violin orchestra of elementary school students from Mesa, AZ.
