15 SEPTEMBER 2005 - MEXICO CITY: Revelers on the Zocalo in Mexico City, Sept 15, for the traditional "grito," the shout of "Viva Mexico" that marks the official start of Mexican Independence Day celebrations. Although Mexican Independence Day is Sept. 16, the celebrations usually start a couple of days before and continue through the 17th or 18th or September.
