18 MARCH 2010 - SURPRISE, AZ: Tom Lanphear (CQ) from Phoenix, places flowers and dirt in the shape of a cross on the caskets during burials in White Tanks Cemetery on Camelback Rd. in an unincorporated part of the county near Surprise.
