28 NOVEMBER 2019 - ANKENY, IOWA: Shoppers rush into the Target store in Ankeny, Iowa, just after it opened. "Black Friday" is the unofficial start of the Christmas holiday shopping season and has traditionally thought to be one of the busiest shopping days of the year. Brick and mortar retailers, like Target, are facing increased pressure from online retailers this year. Many retailers have started opening on Thanksgiving Day.
