23 DECEMBER 2014 - BANGKOK, THAILAND: Boxers spar and workout in the Kanisorn gym in Bangkok. The Kanisorn boxing gym is a small gym along the Wong Wian Yai - Samut Sakhon train tracks. Young people from the nearby communities come to the gym to learn Thai boxing. Muay Thai (Muai Thai) is a mixed martial art developed in Thailand. Muay Thai became widespread internationally in the twentieth century, when Thai boxers defeated other well known boxers. A professional league is governed by the World Muay Thai Council.
