FrankTrejo

July 6 - PHOENIX, AZ: Frank Trejo, from Phoenix, pickets a street corner in Phoenix Tuesday morning to protest the federal budget deficit and Congressional inaction on immigration reform. Trejo pickets a different corner in central Phoenix every morning. He said he is not a member of the Tea Party, but that he is "digusted" with both political parties and agrees with many of the Tea Party ideals. He said that when some people saw his "I'm broke" sign they offered him money, which he said he turned down because the "I'm broke" refers to the nation, not him personally. Photo by Jack Kurtz
