23 SEPTEMBER 2013 - BANGKOK, THAILAND: Tourists haggle with Thai vendors selling plastic bags to be worn as booties during street flooding in Bangkok. More than a quarter of the provinces in Thailand are reporting some flooding as heavy rainy season storms continue in central Thailand. Rain is expected to continue through this week, raising the possibility of serious flooding throughout the country. More than 600,000 Thais have been impacted by the flooding so far this year.
