01 FEBRUARY 2018 - LEGAZPI, ALBAY, PHILIPPINES: Philippine Express Airlines flight 2922, enroute Manila, an Airbus A320, flies past the Mayon volcano after departing Legazpi. The Mayon volcano started erupting in the middle of January. The airspace around the volcano has been closed off and on for more than week. The airport is about 13 kilometers from the volcano and the ash clouds from Mayon pose a threat to aircraft engines. More than 80,000 people have been evacuated from their homes around the volcano.
