03 MARCH 2003 - PHOENIX, ARIZONA: An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer escorts a family of undocumented immigrants out of a drop house discovered in Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix police and fire departments responded to reports of a migrant drop house in south central Phoenix and found more than 70 undocumented immigrants in the home.
