12 JANUARY 2007 - MANAGUA, NICARAGUA: ROSARIO MURILLO, wife of Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega, helps HUGO CHAVEZ, President of Venezuela put on his seat belt in Managua before Chavez drove himself, Murillo and Ortega to the Managua airport when Chavez left Nicaragua to return to Venezuela. Chavez has promised massive amounts of aid for Nicaragua including free and discounted oil and portable electric generating stations.
