31 OCTOBER 2019 - DES MOINES, IOWA: A woman opposed to Republican proposed changes to the Affordable Care Act at a rally in the Neil Smith Federal Building in Des Moines. A small crowd of people came to the federal office building, where US Senators Chuck Grassley's (R-IA) and Joni Ernst's (R-IA) offices are, to deliver a petition protesting the Senate's vote that critics say would allow "spooky junk health insurance plans" with limited coverage and would allow insurance companies to deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions.
