08 APRIL 2012 - HANOI, VIETNAM: The changing of the honor guard at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, in Vietnamese: Lng Ch tch H Chí Minh, is a large memorial in Hanoi, Vietnam dedicated to Ho Chi Minh, the late leader of North Vietnam. It is located in the centre of Ba Dinh Square, which is the place where Ho read the Declaration of Independence on September 2, 1945, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
