12 MARCH 2007 -- PHOENIX, AZ: GIOVANY ESPINOZA LOPEZ works in a pile of recyclable paper products at the new recycling center in the city of Phoenix, AZ. The center opened in February 2007 and is the most modern recyclables processing center in the US.
