02 NOVEMBER 2019 - DES MOINES, IOWA: Former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development JULIAN CASTRO talks to members of Des Moines' Latino community Saturday. Castro visited a Dias de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) block party in in the community. Castro is in Iowa campaigning to be the Democratic nominee for the US Presidency in 2020.
