08 AUGUST 2019 - DES MOINES, IOWA: STEVE BULLOCK, the Democratic Governor of Montana, speaks at the Des Moines Register Political Soapbox at the Iowa State Fair. Gov. Bullock, his wife, Lisa Bullock, and their children went to the Iowa State Fair Thursday. Gov. Bullock spoke at the Des Moines Register Political Soapbox and then toured the fairgrounds with his family. Gov. Bullock is vying to be the party's Presidential nominee in 2020.
