Apr. 27, 2009 -- NOGALES, SONORA, MEXICO: A municipal worker in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, wore a surgical mask to protect himself from the swine flu Monday. The Mexican government broadened its efforts to control the outbreak of swine flu Monday closing schools throughout the country.
