28 JANUARY 2010 -- BUCKEYE, AZ: Undocumented immigrant inmates are searched and handcuffed by ICE officers before boarding an ICE bus at Lewis Prison. The Arizona Department of Corrections transferred 51 undocumented immigrant inmates from state control to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement at Lewis Prison in Buckeye Thursday morning.
