Mar. 6, 2010 -- PHOENIX, AZ: Iraqis arrive at the polling place for the Iraqi election in Phoenix, AZ, Saturday, March 6. Phoenix is one eight cities in the United States where Iraqi citizens can vote in their national parliamentary elections. Voting started Friday and will end Sunday.
