July 4, 2008 -- Phoenix, AZ: Spectators watch the naturalization ceremony for new US citizens at South Mountain Community College in Phoenix, AZ. About 300 people from 41 countries were naturalized as US citizens at South Mountain Community College, in Phoenix, AZ, Friday. It was the 20th year the college has hosted the Fiesta of Independence.
