31 OCTOBER 2013 - PHOENIX, AZ: Immigration activists dressed as Halloween witches conjure a spell against Arizona Governor Jan Brewer Thursday. About 20 supporters of the DREAM Act and the deferred action program of President Barack Obama visited the office of Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to protest her decision to deny drivers licenses to Arizona DREAMERS and immigrants granted deferred action status by immigration authorities.
