RedShirtsProtests

17 MAY 2010 - BANGKOK, THAILAND: A Thai soldier on duty at the McDonald's on Sukhumvit at Soi 4 in central Bangkok Monday. The Thai army has taken up positions up and down Sukhumvit to keep anti-government protesters out of the area. The anti-government protesters already control long stretches of both of the main roads that run parallel to Sukhumvit, making Sukhumvit the only secure access to central Bangkok.
