Dr. WENG TOJIRAKARN, a Red Shirt core leader and member of parliament from the Pheu Thai party, talks about the implications of a pending court decision that could ban the Pheu Thai during a Red Shirt rally in Bangkok. As many as 30,000 "Red Shirts" are expected in Bangkok this week ahead of a Thai court ruling that could cause the collapse of the government of Yingluck Shinawatra, the Prime Minister. The Red Shirts are gathering in a suburban sports stadium before marching to the court. The Red Shirts are mostly farmers and rural Thais who support the Shinawatra government.
