27 FEBRUARY 2021 - DES MOINES, IOWA: People pick up emergency food boxes at a touchless drive through food distribution at the John R. Grubb Community YMCA in Des Moines. The food distribution was organized by Farmers to Families and the YMCA. They had 1,000 boxes of emergency rations which included fresh fruit and vegetables, yogurt, chicken and hot dogs. They also had 1,000 gallons of milk. The neighborhood around the YMCA is a "food desert," with no nearby grocery stores that sell healthy food.
