10 AUGUST 2017 - UBUD, BALI, INDONESIA: Ducks in a rice field about 1.5 kilometers from downtown Ubud. Rice is the most important crop grown on Bali and is important as a food source and a symbol of Balinese culture. In accordance with Balinese tradition, men transplant the young rice plants from nurseries to the fields and women harvest the rice when it matures. Bali rice farmers use ducks in their fields.
