14 OCTOBER 2012 - BANGKOK, THAILAND: A man holds a cigarette while smoking on a street in Bangkok, Thailand. Thailand and the Philippines are involved in a dispute over cigarette taxes. Philippine trade officials allege that Thailand charges an unfair import tax on Philippine cigarettes. Thai officials have responded that they have taken the matter under advisement.
