27 MARCH 2019 - ST PAUL, MN, USA: MAJESTA CISNEY, 3 years old, from St. Paul, MN, pets a therapy dog at a rally to support domestic violence survivors. About 200 people came to the Minnesota State Capitol to rally for two bills in the Minnesota legislature. HF464 would invest in intervention programming for the perpetrators of domestic violence and HF479 supports state funding for domestic violence prevention in under served communities.
